Returns & Refunds

If your order doesn’t meet expectations, you can return it under the conditions below.

At Mirabel London, we want you to feel confident with every order. If you are not satisfied, you may return your items within 30 days of the order date, provided they meet the following conditions:

Conditions

  1. The order must contain all correct parts and components, and the packaging must be in original condition.
  2. Products showing careless damage or breakage due to improper handling will be refused.
  3. Products where hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before return.
  4. The product appears defective immediately upon receipt.
  5. We reserve the right to charge shipping and/or administration fees. Returns may be refused if conditions (1–4) are not met, or if the 30-day window has passed — even if due to carrier delays.
  6. Returns are processed within 7 working days. If conditions are met, the return will be officially accepted within this period.
  7. Refunds are issued within 30 days of acceptance, via the same payment method used for purchase.

*We reserve the right to refuse returns if items appear used or damaged through no fault of ours. *We are not responsible if the 30-day return period has passed due to shipping or customs delays. In exceptional cases, goodwill exceptions may be considered within 48 hours of receipt — please contact us.

How to Return

If your order meets the above conditions, please follow these steps to start your return:

  • Send an email to infomirabellondon@gmail.com
  • Include the following information in your email:
    • Order number
    • Reason for return
    • Photo of the product (if damaged)
    • First and last name
    • Full address details

We will then provide you with the correct return address. Do not send your return to the sender’s address. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any incorrect returns.

Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from their contract within 30 days. If you revoke this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs (unless you chose a more expensive delivery option). Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice and the goods. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Guarantee

Products are only covered by a guarantee if explicitly stated on the product page. Guarantees are the responsibility of the manufacturer. For issues weeks or months after purchase, please contact the manufacturer directly.

Exchanges

Exchanges are possible. The original item must first be returned (at your expense). Once processed, you can reorder the new item. Refunds for the original order will be issued after the return is received. Please note that we do not offer free returns — all return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
